The inbound webhooks are triggered when an inbound call event occurs.
Subscribe to this webhook on the Administration > Webhooks page. For more information, refer to Webhooks in the Voiso Documentation Portal.
Event | Description |
---|---|
inbound.call.answered | An agent answers an inbound call. |
inbound.call.hangup | An inbound call ends. |
inbound.call.ended | An inbound call is completed. |
