The inbound webhooks are triggered when an inbound call event occurs.

Subscribe to this webhook on the Administration > Webhooks page. For more information, refer to Webhooks in the Voiso Documentation Portal.

inbound.call.answeredAn agent answers an inbound call.
inbound.call.hangupAn inbound call ends.
inbound.call.endedAn inbound call is completed.
