The base endpoint of Voiso Public API is: https://{cluster_id}.voiso.com/
When sending API requests to your contact center, you must specify the cluster_id as part of the request URL. The cluster_id is the name of the Voiso cluster where your contact center is located. You can obtain the cluster_id from your account representative or check the first part of your contact center URL.
